CANCELLATION POLICY

We are incredibly reliant on your attendance now more than ever. A cancellation notice of less than 24 hours impacts our opportunity to serve others waiting patiently & makes it difficult to accommodate others in short notice. To avoid a cancellation fee up to 100% of the services reserved, contact us directly by phone-call no later than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled spa or salon appointment(s). If you feel you’ve been charged a fee in error, contact our management team for review.

CELL PHONES

To ensure a relaxing experience for our C’zar guests, we encourage guests to silence all cell phones.

ARRIVING LATE

Busy schedules often force you to arrive late. We promise to make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to modify your service or have another available artist complete your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will try to complete the service or reschedule you for another time. This may result in a cancellation fee.

ADJUSTMENTS FOR HAIR SERVICES

Requests for color or cut adjustments must be made within one week from date of service. Please reach out to our management team if you feel there is a technical error in your service.

WAITING

Our industry revolves around change and sometimes change means unexpected surprises. Because of this, occasionally we may be running behind. If we do, please know your time is respected and we promise to communicate with you. If we make you wait longer than 20 minutes, we will offer you a gift for your inconvenience and will offer the option to reschedule you for a future appointment.

GRATUITIES

All tips, whether given by cash or credit card, are non-refundable.
