Our Advanced Apprenticeship
Our in-house Apprenticeship is available to full-time employees eager to take their education and skillset to the next level. This hands-on experience serves as a new stylist’s launch pad to a successful, sustainable career behind the chair. Program curriculum is designed to cover a vast span of topics and techniques — built for all learning styles.

We have 10 levels of achievement for Hair Artists with clear benchmarking every step of the way. Once you surpass level 10, you have the opportunity to set your own rates. We hold frequent one-on-one chats to set goals, work through setbacks, and form a plan for promotion.

We’ve been trusted Hair Artists to many guests for nearly 40 years — often welcoming 2nd and 3rd generation families. We encourage guests to see different stylists when their needs change, and we have no non-compete clauses. If things don’t work out, you’re free to grow wherever you please.
