Hair Color

To make a hair color appointment, please contact us directly by phone or email.

Color consultations are complimentary 15-minute appointments and can be booked online. Although we don’t require in-person color consultations, they’re recommended.

If anything listed below applies, a consultation is strongly recommended or required if you:

  • Desire white, silver, or bright fashion colors (required)
  • Are making a dramatic change from dark to light or need a color correction (required)
  • Had a recent unsatisfactory experience at another salon (required)
  • Have applied any at-home color, aka box dye, or henna dye within the past 18 months (recommended)
  • Have highly textured, coarse or coily, hair (recommended)
Policies

We have a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for all services. In an effort to minimize no-shows and last-minute cancellations, a valid credit card is required to hold a reservation. If proper notice is not received, up to 100% of the services scheduled will be applied. Learn more on our Policies page.

Tipping

Gratuities are greatly appreciated, but never expected. Want to tip a member of our team for exceeding your expectations? Cash is preferred, but credit card tips are accepted as a separate transaction on our convenient Tippy kiosk. Please note, Tippy adds a small service fee for each transaction. Tippy accepts all major forms of payment including Apple Pay.

Gift Cards & Tipping

Because gift cards aren’t valid for gratuities, you can use Tippy toward a gifted experience or leave it up to the guest’s discretion. HOW-TO: contact the salon to confirm their service provider. Once you’ve confirmed service provider(s), select the location below, staff’s profile, enter an amount, make a note, and submit.

NOTE:
  • Scheduling a tip is not an option. We recommend submitting day-of appointment & noting the guest’s name & appointment date in the personal message box.
  • Only the service provider will be notified, not the salon itself. If you plan to cover gratuity for another, we recommend informing the guest or calling our Salon Coordinators to note it on an upcoming appointment.
  • All tips are non-refundable.

Haircuts

For 1st-time haircuts:
1.) Choose haircut of choice (select artist)
2.) BEFORE selecting a time, tap ADD SERVICE
3.) Add NEW GUEST Cut Consultation (with same artist)
4.) Select reservation date & time

We also recommend this method for an existing guest that has not had their haircut within 8 months, is looking for a major change, or is seeing a new stylist. This allows us an extra 15 minutes to personalize your salon experience.

Hair Color

We do not require in-person consultations, but encourage them. Obligation-free consultations can be booked online. To make a hair color appointment, call your preferred salon directly. Thank you in advance for allowing us to minimize booking errors or prevent them entirely.
