Policies

We have a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for all services. In an effort to minimize no-shows and last-minute cancellations, a valid credit card is required to hold a reservation. If proper notice is not received, up to 100% of the services scheduled will be applied. Learn more on our Policies page.

Custom Hair Color

Will this be your first hair color with us? We can’t wait! Although we don’t require in-person consultations, they’re recommended. Consultations are complimentary 15-minute appointments and are available to be conveniently booked online. If anything listed below applies, a consultation is strongly recommended or required:

  • Have applied any at-home color, aka box dye, within the past 18 months (recommended)
  • Need a color-correction (required)
  • Had a recent unpleasant experience at another salon (required)
  • Have highly textured—coarse or curly—hair (recommended)
  • Desire white, silver, or bright fashion colors (required)

Tipping

Gratuities are greatly appreciated, but never expected. Want to tip a member of our team for exceeding your expectations? Cash is preferred, but credit card tips are accepted as a separate transaction on our convenient Tippy kiosk. Tippy accepts all major forms of payment including Apple Pay. Please note, Tippy adds a small service fee for each transaction.

Want to cover tip for a gifted experience?

If you are booking an appointment for someone else and would like to cover their tip, you may now do so! Please contact the salon to confirm their service provider. Once you’ve confirmed service provider(s), visit the links below to tip from afar at any time.

If choosing this option, please note:

  • Scheduling a tip is not an option. If tipping in advance, we recommend putting the guest’s name and appointment date in the personal message box.
  • Only the service provider will be notified. The salon itself will not be. If you’d like to cover gratuity for another, we recommend informing them or call the salon directly to have it noted on their upcoming appointment.
  • All tips are non-refundable.
HEY YOU.Ready to Book? Here's Some Things You Should Know.

We want to make sure you have the best experience possible and that begins with proper scheduling.

If this will be your first haircut with us, please add "NEW GUEST Cut Consultation" to your cut appointment. This will allow us 15 extra minutes together to assess your hair goals and account for any extra TLC. We also highly recommend utilizing this add-on for existing guests that have not had their haircut within 8 months, are looking for a major change, or are seeing a new stylist for the first time. 

If you intend to book your first hair color with us, we do not require in-person consultations, but suggest them. Obligation-free consultations can be booked online.

To make a hair color appointment, you must call the salon you wish to book for directly. Thank you in advance for allowing us to minimize booking errors or prevent them entirely. If you book a haircut and note you'd also like color same day, we will most likely be following up to change the date/time of your original online appointment.
