Log in and select My Appointment History to view past and upcoming appointments. If you visit multiple locations, tap "Change Location" to view each one.

For your first haircut, please select New Guest Haircut & Style (Includes Consultation). We also recommend this if you haven't had a haircut in over 8 months, are looking for a major change, or are seeing a new stylist. This gives us an extra 15 minutes to personalize your experience.

Color appointments are made by contacting us directly by phone or email. A consultation is required if you:

  • Desire white, silver, or bright fashion colors
  • Are making a dramatic change from dark to light, or need a color correction
  • Have applied box dye or henna within the past 18 months
  • Had a recent unsatisfactory experience at another salon
  • Have highly textured, coarse, or coily hair (recommended)

We have a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. A valid credit card and $1 deposit is required to hold all reservations. If proper notice is not received, 50% of scheduled services may be charged to the card on file. You're always welcome to pay with a different method, including C'zar gift cards, at the time of service.

Please make an effort to let us know. We'll always do our best to accommodate you. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to modify your service. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule. Any last-minute rescheduling could result in a cancellation fee.

Gratuities are always appreciated, never expected. Cash is preferred, though credit card tips are accepted. Please note that credit card tips include a small processing fee. All gratuities are final and non-refundable.

We'd love to make it right. Requests for service adjustments must be made within one week of your appointment date. Please reach out to our management team directly if you feel there was a technical error in your service.
