🆕 Introducing @brookbyrozie—aka Brook—a digital concierge we’re currently beta testing to make your experience at C’zar even smoother, inside and out. Think of it as a virtual receptionist who doesn’t need coffee breaks. Brook’s smart. Brook’s polite. Brook’s definitely not human… but Brook’s doing Brook’s best. 💅🏻

Just to be clear: we’re still a human-led salon—always will be. But Brook will make sure we never miss a call even when:
• We’re closed
• All phone lines are tied up
• Our team is busy assisting in-salon guests

Brook is powered by our actual salon software—not some random corner of the internet—so Brook’s way more accurate than your average chatbot. Brook can help you book, cancel, or reschedule appointments (even at 3 AM), answer FAQs, and free up our real-life front desk team to focus more on the guests right in front of them. ☕️

✨ Brook’s not perfect (yet), but a quick learner. And bonus: fewer phone rings = less disruption during your salon serenity. 💆🏻‍♀️
